Why Metal Over Wood?
Although companies and tradesmen still use wood partition walls. They are becoming very outdated. Wood is still cheaper to buy then steel studs. However metal studs are much lighter and can be stored better due to the metal being hollow and water resistant. The metal wont chip away like wood could or rot. Metal is effectively easier to bend and shape making the dry lining process much faster and more efficient for the customers.
